Default mystery hull..

can anyone id this hull?? I found it at a yard sale pretty cheap and would like to power it if at all possible..

It looks like you've got yourself a Dumas hull, www.dumasproducts.com for reference. What's the length?

length 54" beam 14 1/4" depth 51/2" thanks...

The only boat I've ever built was the dumas big swamp buggy. so I may be out of my league. If anyone can suggest what engine powered this thing I may be able to get the rest together. Thanks for your help.

It is made for a large nitro or a Gas engine. The engine rails look like they are too close together, see if they have 5" between them. I went into the Dumas site and it looks like the Miami Vice hull.

It looks like the Scarab, just by sheer luck I have a CMB .80 nitro engine perfect for that boat

I agree with MrScarab. I would recommend at least a .67 for that, though the CMB .80 would be a much better match.

Inside to inside I have 4 1/2" on the frame rails. How much for the .80?? any suggestions on a radio?

4-1/2" is either too narrow or too wide as the motor mounts are generally either 4 or 5 inches.
