What is this?
I got this boat from my best friend and I remember his dad painting it in the late 80s or early 90s. I would like to get it on the water, but I don't know what it is or what I need to get it there. I know nothing about RC boats and very little about RC in general. Any help would be appreciated. 31"L x 9.25"W

Oh boy, another one! It's a Prather Deep-Vee found at www.pratherproducts.com is the site is working. It hasn't worked well in quite a while as it always seems to be under repair.

Everything but the hull it looks like! Is that it or did anything else come with it?
I think that I see a hint of engine rails in there so that's a start. Prather makes a partial hardware kit for it to help you get started. What worries me is that if you're asking that question that you're really not ready to get it going as it is going to take a lot of stuff to get it running.

It's bare inside no rails. It's got a radio box i believe with it. I've had it for a few years. If I don't ask, how will I know?
