some junk may make a fast cool boat read this
ive got a 3.5 outboard , used servo stuff, and some hardware , and a mean machine hull it is areomarine 29 inch cat and it weighs nothin it was soposed to be used for electric , i think this may be a cool rig to try let me know what you guys think of this plan

this maybe a winter project for me when the snow is falling , but itis funny the engine weighs 4 times the amount of the hull so im going to have to really put everything up in the front or the bow of the boat , and run some ballist in it too ..

...well not a winter project now , since i posted last i got the outboard started up , and fabbed itto the back of the transome and made some brackets not all seen in pics but they are there , i even floated the hull and it floats great with the weight so , game on ill post when i can to keep this up to date it should be a cool thread to watch i think this will be a little rocket .........

well i so far as you see it have 150.00 us dollars into it not bad so far ...ill have this running for maybe 40 more dollars in parts i dont own yet so it will be a cheap screamer

it has some wood in the back of the transome and made a steel plate to support and connect the top engine bolts

well im not out for all the speed , i have a brushless cat for that.. i figured i would build somthing differnt to play with , i have a real cat boat with twin outboards so i wanted to try this (24 skater w twin 300x s )

this boat had no weight and we strapped an 11cc ob to it.runs great.as said before,not as fast as i/b.[46 skater,1350s]

by the way.my uncle[same age as me]has a 33 ocean hawk center console with 300x's.400 hrs and still pushing that boat 68mph with air conditioning and a head.excellent motors.i hear they're building a 300 opti.khiekafer would be proud.whats your 28 do 115-120,scary boat on the chesapeake.i had a buddy that had trip 2.5s 0n a 28.won alot of races.funky 2 racing

mine is a 24, with the 300x motors yeah it is a 112to 116 mph boat on given conditions got to respect the speed .
