Default Miss Vegas Parts ?'s

Since I purchased my miss vegas one of the cowl locks broke but I fixed that with super glue, but today I was putting the screws back in my radio box, and the area where the screw goes just snaped in half, does anyone know if something is wrong with the plastic these were made with? or is it from vibration?

i broke the screw tab off my radio box too, i just glued back on . it it seem to hold pretty good. I think i caused that problem myself, because i use to put the screws in when i had the lid off and probably bumped them.

guys, same thing here on the ears of the radio box.

just CA them back on and fill the holes with CA as well and carefully pre-drill the hole before re-installing the screws or better yet drill them and tap the holes to use small bolts.

I did the later and they hold well so far.

Thats if you can find the ears when they break. My ears on the battery box broke off and all I can figure is they were lost when I drained the boat. Can't fix that.

Another helpful hint. I accidentally dropped some thread lock on the battery box. I wiped it off but two days later I had several cracks where I made the mess. I guess I should have used water to clean it up.
