Default Os XM .21 Help Please

I have just bought the OS xm .21 8/24/06 and have ran 8 tanks of fuel in it,
ran the break in but have noticed when you turn it over by hand it will do a full cycle if you do it quickly
but if you go slow it wants to lock up and then kind of hard to turn,
I know about the tight at TDC but this is not that it should feel tight fast or slow right
it's not the flex shaft i' v had the power head off and still does the same thing.
Is this something to do with the crank and rod? Or is this the norm for this type engine?

Hi,Did you put after run oil in it? Because I'd didnt and I'd had to take my motor apart and clean it.because the oil became gummy and gumed up my motor. I'd would sudjest take your starter cover apart and head off and inpected it to check it out.You can check out you conecting rod and other stuff too.[8D]

if it's turn by hand there should be about half turn is lose and half is tight... if it's still tight all the way open it check maybe it's dry inside need to lubricate.

Well with the plug out it turns easy if you do it quick not half lose & half tight it's when you go slow
it seem to hit a notch like it can't turn the rod the rest the way over for down stroke and it has good oil inside
not dry

just worried it might have foreign object caught between the piston and the sleeve..i'll disassembly the motor right away if that thing will happen to me just to be safe.
