looks like it's handling the speed with no problem. It definately sounds like it needs alot more prop. Might have another 10-15mph in that hull?

hey stempak,
exactly, the hull can still handle more speed, after that run gps'ed 50.4 mph and pretty stable...i'm lookin' for a prather 250 or x457/3 or x460 props to test next..this is crazy huge prop but i believed the os can still turn these...actually, im amazed of this tc31 hull ...

hoping i can post more vids soon.

That kind of looks like the Fort Wayne Driftwood MBC pond but a lot of them look alike. What I'd guess that you hit was an underwater marker for the #1 buoy.

Hey Wave walker I just finished reading your whole tc thread. I must continue to read through all these foruums before asking questions.
Anyway my os46 came today for my sw36 and I want to know what pipe you went with. Space is an issue. Ron Olson suggested the 11cc pipe.

Hey there, New to this site, but my son and I both have TC31's, and one of them has a Go.28 motor, which is a ball of issues. Iwas thinking of going to twin .18's and low mount them in the sides. Any thoughts?

http://cgi.ebay.com/GO-Engine-18-Sid...item4aa2c69812

They're pretty cheap, and i can make them counter rotating.

By the way, love the paint job!!Bad azzzzzz Oh, anyone know where to get the scale mess geico, or other scale decals for these things? The stock graphics are crap.

I'd love to see one with a Nova Rossi .28 mounted in it! It wouldn't be a toy boat after dropping one of those bad boys in.
Yeah, I'd forget about going with twins, they're nothing but hassles.

If you are up to a challenge you surely can give twin engines a try. I will be building a twin cat soon; two counter rotating Novarossi .21's in a AC Nitro Cat.

I've got a few pix of him but that's it. Somewhere I've got others, I just have to find them.
In one if you look really close you can kind of see a few of his mods. The other is him and his dog. Let's just say that the dog drew in a lot of hot ladies to our pit area at Hobart. The park there is linear and a popular place for the dog-walkers.

Well, grab a pit and roll over to Hobart next September! Man, that city is full of fine dog-lovin' ladies!
Jul had that dog spoiled rotten. He's got a gas 4x4 with an ATC body on it that the dog rides around on. The last time I saw him he had just finished a Warehouse Hobbies Jet-Ski for it to take rides on the water with. Tony pulled the molds out of storage to make him one.

Good question. If you look at .45's (or larger) it would take a lot of work to install one. The radio box is in the way for rear-exhaust engines so there's not many options unless that's redone.
