Default How do you adjust the LSN on TC31?

I don't get it. How do you adjust the Low Speed Needle on the TC31? It looks like a nut holding on the throttle arm. I've messed with the Idle and high speed needle, but it still takes a while to get up to speed. It's really sparatic. You can give it full gas, then 5 seconds later, it starts windin' out. Also, has anyone had problems with the stock steering servo? Mine glitches sometimes. If you turn right, its almost like it throws the normal distance, but when it glitches, it throws another 30 degrees, but only for a second. I've flipped it twice due to this. I'm swapping out the servo, but I need engine help!

The LSN is inside the tube. If you bought the boat new, it should have come with a small red handled flat head screwdriver. Insert that in the tube and twist around until you feel the screwdriver grab the needle screw.
