Looking at the engine from the carb, the lever or the arm on the right side is for your throttle servo and the big screw is your Low Speed Needle adjustment.

Not sure on a .45 how far in or out it should be but on my CMB.21 she's only out 3/4 of a turn.

The lever on the left side (always looking from the front/carb view) is for your third servo, you will use this servo to fine tune your mixture, rich or lean on the fly.

The big screw at the end is your HSN/ High Speed Needle, if engine has been ran before and already broken in adjust the needle for your best performance, find the best spot where its not to lean or to rich. Don't know this one how far out or in it should be, but on our CMB 21 Valvola its 3 to 4 turns out.
