Default Outboard nitro SV27!



Ill have the boat in the water this weekend i hope. Right now im looking for a tuned pipe kit for it.

Well, it will be interesting to hear how that combo works. I've done several OB Deep Vees and IMO the SV 27 is a bit small and narrow for an OB.

Good news is the boat was meant for a 14yo girl,so its detuned,slightly over propped so it cant rev that high. if the boat does 20mph im happy.

I have a vauge memory of seeing a picture of I think JD with a mono similar to the SV with an outboard on it. I believe it was to do with product testing for aquacraft. Maybe someone from AQ could give some advice.

That was one boat that isn't going to be produced from what I know of although Jerry did pretty well with it.
What I'm worried about with this build is that the boat may be too tail-heavy unless a lot of gear as moved forward.

Yea every thing is going to the bow,if the TT is to much ill stick one of my lighter K&B 3.5's on there.
