Default Pitchxmetricxchina+Confuzed!!!

Hey
Ok I ordered the parts for my boat from my lhs in america but they canceled my order by accident and they don't know what to do to fix it because of a manufacturer's problem, but they sent me my money over here in china. Ive decided ill just buy a chinese prop shaft, and im going to buy props from a place that has more than octura, in 4mm and 6mm sizes. So I calculated that the octura x640's diameter is 40MM and the pitch is 63.8048mm, according to this octura catalog http://www.pirespreto.com/newversion..._catalog3.html but they only sell 28-51 mm props with pitch sizes of 56m and 70mm and 80mm. Should i scale down my prop a few mils and get a 38mm dia 70 pitch er a even larger pitched prop all the way up to 80mm, with a smaller diameter? I can get 3 pitch ranges, 80mm, 70mm, and 56mm, in diameters from 28mm all the way up to 51mm. Any suggestions?
Thanks Tons in Advance!!!!
Dan

2.2" diam prop with 2.8" of pitch that is a huge prop and truly believe you wont be able to spin that big.

Even with our Valvola with 2.7 - 2.9 hp we spin props that have 1.5 to 1.65" diam and 2.1 to 2.3" of pitch.

x440, x440/3, 1440.

you will have to try different props to find the right one but for diam I think that you should stay between 1.46" - 1.77" and for pitch 1.9" - 2.5"

This is on the way. I will post pics of my boat hull soon...
