It is a very nice looking rigger but it was built for electric power my opinion is build a new hull and use the hardware from that one on it....

I hate to say it but Mike might have a point there. I was noticing your engine is a little too far back also, your CG should be about center on your turn fin. My engine is infront of my turn fin and yours looks like it is even with or maybe a touch to the rear of it. Hope ya get it figured out.
