Default OS .18 CVRX or OS .18CVR

I want to put a OS .18 in my Proboat hydroplane and have decided on the OS .18, what the difference between the CVR and the CVRX? the CVR is $10 cheaper but has 30,000 rpm while the CVRX has 28,000rpm both of the motors are rated at 1.35 hp. Is one better suited for a boat?

Also the marine cooling head on the Aquacraft .18 (made my OS) looks identical to the standard OS .18 marine cooling head, does anybody know if there the same head? I have a spare head off a Aquacraft motor and will use it, if I dont have to buy the OS. My father-in-law has a OS .18 marine engine and i looked at both heads and they look identical, except the OS is painted black.
