What do I need too know to pick the right plug for this boat?

depends on the % nitro you are running. With 20-30% nitro, I think you'd be ok running an OS 8 plug

yes you are right, i just got a new tc31 a few weeks ago, and i'm using os #8 plugs. and they work great, i'm also using 30%

Does elevation or temp play a roll in what plug?

I always used a MC9.
