Default O.S. 21VZ-M Marine Any Good for a Rigger ?

Would this O.S. 21VZ-M Marine be any good for a rigger like a Firefighter or a Hawk 3.5

I don't get the cooling around the glow plug, seems like that would be a pain.

I'm running the O.S 21 VZ-M in my Sport 20 hydro and it works very well. No reason it wouldn't work in a rigger. I think Greg Hahn of HOBBICO is running this engine in a 20 rigger. Remembering to attach the cooling plug to the head does take some getting used to. After running the engine for 3 years, I'm doing much better with that task.
