Where are people finding all of these Maus hulls? I've seen a some of them around lately yet the company has been out of business for a few years now.
A guesstimate I'd put it in the $400-500.00 range.
Monos and Vee-hulls are basically the same animal. What makes the Maus hull unique is the the Vee angles on each side are different.

Your posting was edited for content as there is no selling allowed in the forums. Any offers or whatever should be out of my sight. Thanks.

Maus is no longer in bizness? $400 bucks?? Man I think I got a good deal. I just picked one up recently. Most of them I have seen (70%) were set up for electric. Seems like a decent hull setup though.
would you call this a mono or a shallow V?

Venom, most of the Maus hulls I'd consider a shallow-Vee boat.
I don't know about NAMBA but the IMPBA doesn't separate classes for them.

Are they the eligible to run in the same class as deep V, and would it be comeptitive with other ( deep V ) hulls of the same size? .21 size engine K&B, gold carb.

They're only considered mono's no matter how shallow or deep the Vee is. Even flat-bottomed hulls are mono's. Once they have steps in the hull are they technically a hydroplane according to current rules.

The Picco engine alone would be a good selling point along with the Speedmaster hardware. Picco's are also getting a little harder to come by yet are still screamers and very competitive. I bought a blue head Picco a few years back used for $200.00 and felt that I got a deal.
