Gotta love that roostertail its pumping out. You need to throw in a few bench photos of your hull and hardware and some setup notes.

Here's a link to the build for those who didn't catch it. Build starts on about page 4 http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/fb.asp?m=5939676&key=

Actually you would give the .21 monos a run for their money! I didn't know until you stated earlier that it only had an .18 as I could have sworn that it had a healthy .21 in it!
If you race it, I just gotta be there!

.18 CVR?? Looks like it is moving out pretty good to me. I don't know much about monos, but even still sounds a little fat after it passes by (no idea though...since a different pipe may be making it sound different than I am used to).

Yup stock .18 it could be the heli fuel making it seem fat and probably is a bit fat. The boat has only seen the water a half a dozen times or so!! Its hardly broke in. Im going to run some 50% thru it next year and maybe race it.

Hi yes i did see your rigger purchase!
i reckon though if you'd built it it would have been just as good coz thats one nice boat you got there!
although i did blink right at the end of the vid and missed the spin out- i caught it on the second viewing- phweew that was lucky
gotta see you run the rigger now!

Special Thanks To MR FIX IT WHITE If it wasn't for him helping me with the software and video card I would still be sitting here scratching my head and pulling my hair out. Ya the big rigger is supose to be a beast. I hope to have it ready for spring. The little wildthing is a fun little boat. Yup luck was on my side that day. I didn't think he got it on video.

very nice boat..seems like theres a bunch left in it if you can keep it on the water.i have a 29 inch mono with an 18tz in it, it runs in the 50s consistently. i had the best luck with 3 blade props, 437/3 and 440/3 with the tounges cut off..they were much more stable and a little faster for me..i ran it with 50% nitro and stock head clearance with a cold plug ,p8 for turbo head air cooled, and mc9 for water cooled standard plug head..i think it runs better air cooled tho..maybe this can help you a little, cool boat though man, nice job..

Thanks mtruex. I hope next year I can get some more time to play with it. Its barely broke in. Im going to run some 50% in it and play with some different props, check head clearance and try to get a gps so I can get some speeds. And maybe race if my name calling buddie( Bladebender ) wants to run a few races. He is still dreaming that he can beat me with his stockwave I mean shockwave.
