There's a wide selection of rechargeable packs at towerhobbies.com. I prefer 1100 - 1400 Mah, but these packs cost a bit more. DuraTrax packs work well for me.

I use a Duratrax 1400 mah 5 cell hump pack in mine. I think it was about $20.

Venom 5-cell hump pack in mine. I'm not promoting them, it's what the LHS had in stock that fit.

I use 4 cell 2\3rds A cell packs in my MVs and in my .21 mono. I use a 5 cell pack of the same cells in my .45 mono. I have had no problem so far...and the packs normally last all weekend long during a race weekend (6 heats).

I was building my own, but then I started getting them from Tower.

There were some folks that had problems with certain servos (HS81??) when using 5 cell packs. I dont think you will see any problems with the stock AQ servos though... I think the main problem is that the pack has a pretty high voltage off the charger. I think my 4.8 volt packs are over 5.5 volts. Can't remember what the five cell pack was...but I am guessing it was too high for the HS81s.

HS-81's are only rated for 4.8 volts but on some of the older ones I've pushed 9 volts through them. The new ones won't take it.
