im looking for the owner who bought a tunnel hull boat painted and a new kb outbard motor from pegasus hobbies the sale was all legit they just cant find the paper work that was on the boat which was on consighnment now the wont or cant pay him he is a senior on low income thats why he sold it the tunnel was painted color blue so the buyer has nothing to fear just trying to help my dad

please do not buy anything that is consighnment from PEGASUS HOBBIES in montclair calif they only offered my dad half of what the motor was worth not including the boat since the person will not come forward buying it . or the boat and motor was stolen out of the store but in my opinion they are thiefs and will never do busness there ever again

How long was that boat at the hobby shop? well that should not matter anyway, but comunication between buyer and seller should have taken place before the sale. Maybe the BBB can give them a nudge to do whats right......................

no the bbb wont do anything i knew these owners when they first started way back but now they burned the bridge we had i cant do anything thing unless the buyer contacts me but im thinking it slipped out the back door
