2 1/2 turns out from all the way in . is a good start I don't know what HSN-LSN is. Just a shot in the dark. I Will be looking in your forum for the answers I have a 67 picco & p5 35 with no instructions. Start out rich then go lean with every 1/2 tank. I am not a engine man, builder yes. A 65 you need a little more info then you might get the right response, maybe a pic or 2

Gas???????? piccos are nitro engines, anyway the hs needle can be anyware between 2 1/2 to 4 turns out depending on air temp, elevation, pressure, nitro content, prop type and compression low speed needle is around 2 turns but if it is factory set it will be close and will take minimum adjustment.
