Las Vegas Boaters...Check it out.
Here's a fun race us little group of Las Vegas RC Boaters who wanted to take RC boating up a notch. An RTR Outlaw Race which included all types of Hydro RTR's, which ended up with all Miss Vegas's (Hey, A Miss Vegas in Vegas Race. LOL). So NAMBA and IMPBA rules were fully enforced (with only 5 participants a DQ is would be no fun), but as the interest and participation increases, more than likely more rules will be implemented.
Check it out. If you live in the area, most boaters are out on Weekends and Fridays. The regulars usually runs Gas Boats, but you'll also find Nitro's and Sailboats. If you are out with the sailboats, please be considerate and coordinate where you'll be running to decrease risk of crashes.
It's best to have a NAMBA card (we are in district 19) for the insurance purposes (wouldn't want a by stander to sue you if your run away boat happens to jump ashore at full speed while your prop slices any part of them or their belonings. The memership insures you up to $1 million.)
Most boaters out here are friendly and are willing to help you out. A lot of the RTR boaters will try to help you out if you just ask.

Dang it,......you're making me jealous! There is absolutely nothing like that available in my area. Good work, and nice video. I enjoyed it.

Hi Ron.
I really enjoyed your video “RTR Grand Prix Ron’s Video”.Much much better than those amateurish videos where the person taking the video can’t follow the boats on a oval shaped course (how hard can it be?) or the other amateur videos where they can’t hold the video camera still.
I noticed at 8:13 you have listed a thank you for Twice Nice Hobbies when the business name is actually Nice Twice Hobbies.

I looked all over the internet for a web site for Nice Twice Hobbies and couldn’t find one.What’s the deal?I wish every hobby store had a web site so I could see what they do rather than just get a description of what they do.
I live in Washington State and wondered why do people live in the desert?IT’S WAY TOO HOT THERE!
Now I know why you live there.It’s so you can race your r/c hydros in the winter!

WOW, its probably a good thing that I dont consider my 7 year old brother a professional when he films my videos for me.
Jeez, Idont see many people making videos or informational videos anywhere, just people running their mouths still just for the sake of running their mouths.
