Default Nitro Engines

Where are you guys getting your engines from? They seems to be very limited availability of water cooled nitro engines in the .46 to .91 class.

Try typing marine nitro engines into the search engine field box and see what happens. If you look on ebay alone you will see many and get a good idea of what is out there.

Sorry to say but the .67-90 are a dinosaur, Gas has taken over. too pricey to run.

This is true. Seems anything over 7.5cc(.45) is just too expensive to run. I supose that is why you will see a lot of bigger nitro engines going cheap on the used market. There was a guy in the classifieds here who couldn't sell a brand new never even run 62in apache with dual .90s in it . I felt sorry for the guy , he ended up parting it out.
Gas just makes more sense now for bigger boats. There are more available now and there so much cheaper and easier to deal with. Beware they run hotter temps though.
