Default Aeromarine Boats

I'm looking at an 1/8 scale aeromarine hydro hull and was wondering if anyone has any experience with one. Is it any good? Still best just to build one out of wood or are there other manufacturers?

Thanks,
John

As far as build quality, you will get a nice hull. Some of their boats seem to have a lighter layup than I would like to see, but have to remember they are a production company. I live a few miles from their warehouse and can honestly say in person Remy will bend over backward to help you. They do have a problem returning emails.....so calling is your best bet and make sure to ask for Remy, not just speak to the other two staff members.

Has any seen their Miller American or Bud 1/8 scale boats run?  Any opinions on them.  I'm glad I found this forum, I already found some cool outriggers, an engine supplier, and a local club.  Thier seems to be some nice boats out there, I just like to get as much info as possible before I purchase anything.  On a side note, those tunnels powered by outboard gas engines seem awesome.

Thanks again,
John
