Maybe e-mail Axe Rossi through their website since the part may not be in their online catalog. http://www.rossienginesusa.us

That OS needle is the most widely used needle in RC boating. I run that needle on my .21-.45-.67CMB. Your local hardware store has mm tread set screws to cap off that end. Put 1-3" of fuel line between needle and fuel nipple on your carb. All good. A new CMB comes with a needle I prefer a OS needle. Remote needle which end to nipple both ways will work.

Top or bottom needle is also used. The middle 1 is made out of plastic

Pipe length is around 12 1/2" from center of glow plug to wide spot on pipe. What pipe you use?

I don't like OS anything. If I were to use a remote needle valve, I'd use one from Jett Engineering before any other. But before I resorted to that, I'd try to find the needle valve that fits the engine the way it came from the factory. If the company is still in business making engines and parts, I'll contact them first before doing anything else. I'm kind of a jerk like that.

Have you ordered from Italy lately- have fun.Why does 1 replace a stock carb for a racing carb?

A good Choice. The idle needle can be cut off flush with inside dia of the carb . If you want . After you screw it in till it stops then then look inside mark it then remove the idle needle and cut off at your mark. Many do that. Some don't. Recheck all by putting your fingers at both ends of your carb and blow into your fuel line. CKing for air leaks if found reseal where you find the air. Leak. A good starting spot is 3 1/2 turns out . You don't want a high rev at the table. If she revs high turn needle out. And restart if you keep the small idle screw turn out about the thickness of a Popsicle stick. Turn in if reving high
