K&B 7.5 outboard flywheel removal

Hi
I have an older version K&B 7.5 outboard engine ( No flywheel collet) and am struggling to remove the flywheel,the engine has been standing for years, can Anyone offer some advise ?

Have you tried Kroil,just a little and let sit for about 5 min, Its worth it.Hope it works.
