[link=http://home.earthlink.net/~obwof]WOF Build[/link] site was built to show how to build WOF Tunnels. Built from plans, so maybe not a "true scratch"...

This is my micro rigger in yellow which was just too small, it is a blazzin .12 scaled down 25%. The Red rigger is a modified .12 blazzin with a wet well/bait box, all the parts from the micro rigger where transfered to the full size .12 rigger. Am building a 7.5 Hawk right now will hopefully have pics in less than 2 weeks of completed boat.

p.s. The piece of wood used for the base stand is exact same size to give an idea of size difference.

Home built .12 rigger. Most of it came from plans that I modified in one way or another.

2 yrs of high school drafting paid off ,Good think I was paying attention, but not in english (spelling stinks).

In my head, I had a picture of what it should look like, then sketched out a top view ,side view ,front view, and back view, thinking of what size it shuold be . put it all to gether, trimming here, trimming there, with the pencil. then on gragh paper stated drafting out the stringers, and make templets(and extra templets) of them , and started building, had to make and fix many mistakes, by the third boat I had it down pat.

All that in a nut shell, wasn't easy and wasn't that hard, but i kept pushing ,and not let the set backs discurage me, but got it done.

Right now, my Castrol GTX sport 20 hull is at the IMPBA Internates, "boy"! I hope it does good(long as it finishes In the top 10 ,I"ll be happy)I'll look at the point when they post them up on line, I'll look at the finish race points, not the DNS.

Getting ready to put the other deck on sport 40,hope this one goes on easy like the first one did, anything can happen at this point(twist, buckel). But it should be all right, then it's smooth sailing from there (excuse the pun)
I used a Phil Tomas cowl for now(boy did it fit good),didn't have time to mold one of my own ,will do durin winter.
