What is it called?

I'm sure that I've seen a product for RC boats around that when placed in the transom, below the waterline, at speed, it allows water to flow out of the hull but whilst the boat is still, water cannot get in.

I checked Tower Hobbies for a "bail" but I don't think that is the proper name for it.

Anybody know what i am talking about...'cuz I don't. :)

I went there...I looked...I saw nothing. I even did an advanced search for "autobailer" their search engine turned up nothing. [&:]

If installed right they work great, on a hydro, install ONE on the lower LEFT side of transom...Cats, TWO, one in each sponson centered at the bottom, monos, ONE just about anyplace you can find room as close to the lowest point as you can get, usually just to the LEFT of the strut.....I dont glue any of mine in I figure out where They need to be placed, drill the hole smaller than the bailer and file to fit tight with a round file.....Get as close to the bottom of the hull as possible!!
Here is a picture of my sport 40 autobailer installed, the autobailer has been cut down to just before the o-ring on the inside flush fit to the rear of the transom.....

Thanks all for the replies. My application will be a bit different. I have built an airboat that is a smidge too small for the engine. I think I will need to close in the transom because once I get the cage on......well you get the idea.
I suppose I could go with a smaller engine, less power.......Nah,

here is a couple of pics to show what I'm talking about.
