OPS .45

Ι built a hydroplane..
i'm thinking to use an OPS .45!
As i'm new on boat building,i want some help..
Could you tell me what size of flex shaft,collet and prop should i use?

1/4 INCH would be bullitproof but 3/16 would be fine also.
