Default Good Prop choices for OS 55AX?

Hi everybody, after reading up on engines for .40-.46 size aircraft, I've decided on the 55AX(seems like a great 2 stroke for 3D and sport flying). I would like to order 2 props with this engine, one for speed and one for 3D. From what I've read, this engine is able to swing a big prop for 3D, but I don't know which size to order. I'm thinking of pairing this with a Hangar 9 Twist 40 to practice some hovering, and I'd also like a speed prop for doing fast loops, rolls, etc. I currently own an 11x7 from my last engine. What 2 prop sizes would give me the most versatility with this engine? Thanks!

I just installed an OS-55AX on a 5lb profile. New engine, APC 13x4, >12000rpm, ~6.3lbs of thrust. Works great and will only get better.

I also have a Twist, it's getting a 55 AX with a 13x4W APC. A friends Twist has the same engine with a 12x6 APC instead and flies very well, I just want to be a little different, I really like to fly slow right till it just about falls out of the sky, then power up. Anyways thats my input.

If you get a 13x4 APC for 3D, make sure it is the wide blade version. I messed up and ordered the wrong one last time.
