Default OS91 FX Low Speed Adjustment

I have a OS91FX in my Lil' Tony that has been giving me a bit of trouble lately. The last flight ended in a dead stick and marginal landing. I checked the carb and found a small bit of dirt on the end of the throttle barrel (probably the source of the problem.

Then I attempted to check the low speed screw. As I backed it out, it stopped before it would come out of the carb. I turned in in all the way and everything seems fine. But now I don't know where I should set it for the inital start up. Seems to me I read somewhere that there was a preliminary setting of the low speed needle relative to the throttle barrel on the other side. But I can't find it in the manual or on the OS website.

Anybody know how to do the inital set it up?

Thanks.
