Default Engine for Cub

I have 3 40 size cubs now but want to get a bigger one. At world Models they have a couple of 1/3 scale sizes which call for a 80 cc size engine.an that is all they say. Any suggestions on a brand. Something dependable.

For a 1/3 scale Cub the OS Pegasus is the way to go.

I have personally put in a G62 that Ralph Cunningham worked on for me. He installed electronic ignition and lightened it up some with a new hub. That really pulled my 1/3 scale Balsa USA J-3 Cub beautifully, with a little power to spare as well! Now as I type this, I have a GT-80 coming in from Ralph for yet another 1/3 scale Cub I have on the work table. My thoughts are to maybe go with floats oh her, but that's still up in the air (no pun intended here). If I can be of any help to you I'd be glad to listen up.

Yes the g-62 will work fine on the world models cub. One of are club members put a g-62 on a wm 1/3 cub. I have not seen it fly, but am told it has power to spare with that engine.
