I have emailed 4 times about my feedback score not being transferred to the new site. I cant seem to get anyone to respond and starting to wonder whats going on. I am currently selling some jets and with a zero feedback, when I in fact have a 100% with a total of 25 sales. I know this has happened to others and would like someone to respond and help me and others out. Thanks again.

Where have you been sending the emails? I'm not sure if we've received any from you. We changed the rating system awhile ago, I'm looking into how to get yours updated.

I asked our tech team if they could manually update your itrader rating. I'll let you know if I get an update.

I just emailed about the same issue. I had not logged in the site in a long time and now I see that my Markeplace feeedback is gone.

It's strange. When I click on my "name" (tedev) on this thread the marketplace shows it's there. When I open my profile, everything is 0

iTrader only shows the last 12 months. I see no feedback for you in that period.
Click "My Feedback" under your name and all your old feedback is there.

Well, I still till this day show a Zero, on Marketplace and Itrader, How is anyone suppose to trust this site with peoples scores gone and weeding out those traders who cause problems. I even looked at tedev and he shows to me as a ZERO

You must be reading it wrong.

As noted above, as well as on the iTrader page, iTrader only goes back 12 months. Do you have feedback in the past year? Doesn't look like it.

But if you click MY FEEDBACK below your username, you will see ALL your feedback, including a whole list of 24 different feedback you received, all in the "more than 6 months ago" category.

Ok, I finally see what your talking about, I guess when you see on the Right side of the page My feedback that was the history because its not labeled as Itrader. Thanks for looking into this, worked hard keeping a 100%.
