type in some kind of java that will unlock the kids caps when they type, it hurts a old person's eyes to see some nut case type in all caps.....

we do have "shouting" as it's called disabled in titles but for certain reasons it might be appropriate to leave it on in posts...maybe a polite request to the shouters to bring it down a bit and only use when necessary would help before we resort to lowercasing shouts...
