Email notification gone?
Will I be able to receive emails when someone replies to a thread that I'm subscribed to? I miss this feature. Is it gone for good, or am I missing something? THanks.

RE: Email notification gone?
I checked my subscriptions list and all are checked for me to recieve email notification. However, I'm not receiving any emails, or very few. Most often even the ones I do recieve are hours old if not more. Most likely I've already gone thru and read the posts before I get the email.

RE: Email notification gone?
I have the opposite question, I guess. Is there any way to set the default so the "Notify me via e-mail when someone replies" is not ticked? I forget to untick it, and get a lot of annoying emails. Plus, the message you get gives you a URL to stop getting email, but if you click the Link, it's certainly not obvious how to make it stop sending you email when folks respond to the thread.

RE: Email notification gone?
I have a question....I used to get only 1 email that took me to the board, now I seem to get an email for every single response.....filling my email with a bunch of emails.....
Is this different than before or was I simply lucky that I didn't keep getting email after email for responses from each person to the same forum? I do like having the reply content in the email so that I dont have to link to the forum just to read the reply |

Why are we getting emails for every post? It's becoming rather annoying. Mark |
