Off-topic forum

I noticed my Superbowl post got pulled. There ought to be a forum for off-topic chit-chat. Thank you.

We have discussed this alot, and although it would be a nice idea - due to the immense size of RCU, the required moderating of such a forum would be just too much. Plus, there are already plenty of sites to discuss this and that, while RCU has commited itself to being a dedicated RC forum.
