direct page access on large threads??
 

Is there any method to access specific pages in large posts such as UCANDO3D or FUNTANA these things are too large to read in one setting and reloading from start and loading via next page is somewhat of a pain with a slow connection?

Have not tried bookmarking to see if it will do the actual thread page.

there are page numbers above and below the threads. click them for direct access. Also you can plus a number in the url string to navigate around as a trick.

For me, the page advance only allows 2 additional pages at a time.

I'd like to second this suggestion. The tricks mentined certainly work, but its fairly "standard" on most forums for page numbers to appear after the thread link for direct access to any given page in a multiple page thread.

we already have this. I programmed the fix about 3 plus weeks ago. go to any large thread and look at it. did you miss it?

I actually sorta of did miss it. I usual use the My Forums button then go to "New Posts since last visit". I don't see it there, but I do see it if I go into any of the main forum pages.
