A save feature to make it possible to work offline.

Just a thought. Maybe it is possible already.

I am new at this forum gig and would like to be able to prepare my submission in advance. Is this possible? Can you get half way through a reply, save your work and then finish it off and submit it later?

I had problems with staying logged on. Hopefully they have been solved now (fingers crossed). A save feature would have enabled me to log on and straight away submit prepared material. As it was, by the time I had typed my submission, I found that I was no longer longer logged on. After the first half dozen times it gets a bit frustrating.

log on issues can be fixed...

try using IE instead of the ISP or AOL browser and/or go into your user control panel and turn off "browse board with cookies"

some isp's uses proxy servers which change the ip address all the time and your sessions get lost. Changing to an IE browser and/or turning off browse board with cookies option seems to be a fix. We are working on code to fix this so a workaround isn't needed for those affected.

Geistware got it right! Cookies need to be turned on . F.Y.I. I only use IE.

Since Geistware had already solved the problem of my being logged out, the reason for this post was the suggestion for a Save Feature . :stupid: :rolleyes:
