Guys! Have you guys thought about having a chatting channel on IRC just for us? There is probably many of them somewhere.. but different people know different channels, so if there ISN'T a particular channel that most of you here go to, I can make one, and let you know.....

We can all be there 24/7 answering questions and giving comments in REAL TIME...

what do you think?

or better yet, have RCUniverse make a chatting component to the website. There are completely written chat applets ready to go, that you can just put into any web application.

Some of have been talking on a daily basis for 3 years now.

It's an idea but not a new one. I won't post the addresses to them til I have the ok from RCU as their might be some conflict that I am unaware of.

Only thing I ask for.. no swearing because its basicaly a FAMILY channel and no personal attacks

I think a lot more people will go chatting, if RCU makes a chatting interface, instead of going on IRC or any other webpage.

I am still undecided on "if" or "how" RCU chat will be integrated. Randy, thanks very much for setting that up. Your time and efforts are appreciated. I have reservations about chat rooms still which once I can address most of them RCU would consider bringing them online full force. From what I understand some very non family type stuff has gone on in some chat rooms of past & I will go to all lengths to ensure that it is avoided in any RCU chat implementation. I don't have all the answers yet as my to do list is from here to the moon but it is on the list none the less.

Like we talked about in private emails,, don't blame you at all.

But it will like I said, 24/7 family style for all or your not going to be there- simple as that:)
