frustrations on this site...
 

I am a new user here. I tried to sell an item on this site, and it says I have to upgrade my status. I do not want to give my card on here because I do not ever want it charged. I thought this site was free for selling stuff. And I am very frustrated that there is no place that I can find to contact an RCU staff member to ask questions directly.
Please, will somebody help me find an RCU person to email me and answer some questions?

That is good. I do not like it when people swear at me and insult me either.
Please help me by emailing me some contact info. so I can learn how to use this site better.
