Is there an easy way to review all of the photo adds that pop up at the top and bottom of the forum pages?

There is a link at the top of the page that says Advertisers. Click it and scroll to the bottom and look for the link to see all banner ads on RCU.

The link for all graphical ads may be a bad url, we'll check it out. In the mean time you can see the list of companies and select their graphical ads by clicking the link below.
