Make the selling forum easy to use. It is VERY confusing. I hate to bring up a competitor bur rc groups it dirt simple. I had to go through 3 pages just to get here.

We have had 10's of thousands of users list things in our classifieds. It is easy to use and step by step with tips along the way for those who may be computer illiterate. We have had 100's of thousands of items listed and we rarely hear complaints or request for making it simpler. yes there are "easier" systems to use that are nothing but forums like RCG that you mentioned or sites like craigslist but with that simplicity you also lose all the functionality that a true classified system must have and needs. These are features that members asked for and required that you cannot do with a simple forum or dirt simple system.

I am quite sure if you spent a few moments going through the ad listing process on our site that you would make it through with the greatest of ease. there is nothing difficult or confusing there. We have had people off the street who know nothing about our site or radio control blast through the ad listing process in just a couple minutes with no confusion and had focus groups do same.

If you have specific questions or problems or perhaps your browser is buggy and that is causing you fits then open up a support ticket and our fanatical support staff will be happy to troubleshoot with you or assist you in any way to show you just how dirt simple our classifieds are yet at the same time 50 times more powerful to buyers and sellers then RCG or any other classified system on the internet. Our system was even ported to our sister business Kaango.com and selected by dozens upon dozens of the largest newspaper groups and tv websites to power their classifieds. I am quite certain if our system was so difficult we would not have beaten out every vendor in this space that was entrenched for years and decades.

Hope I don't come off sounding too defensive but I hear one comment like this every 6 months out of the thousands of ads placed on our site and every time it is from somebody who didn't spend but 20 seconds trying to list their ad and just gave up without any effort or reading a thing. For anyone that has listed on RCU they know how easy it is and for anyone who has never listed an ad I urge you to go to the market and click the place ad button and walk through the super simple step by step process that has been honed and refined over 6 years based on member suggestion and feedback.
