What happened to Gliders Wanted?
 

What happened to the Wanted section for Gliders? While we're on the subject why was the Wanted section collapsed to one heading line? I feel that action has really hindered the activity in that group. You know the old saying, out of site, out of mind.

Of course, if this was explained somewhere else and I missed it then nevermind. :D

Hi Steve,

We're testing a new method of implementing the Wanted Forums, and the Glider/Sailplane Forum was selected as the test subject. For the moment, you'll find it located in the Gliders/Sailplanes For Sale Forum. Hang with us for a bit until we figure out the most effective method in handling the Wanted Forums.

The reason for collapsing the Wanted Forum as you see it now was done in the interest of keeping the home page as short as possible. The shorter we can keep the home page, the faster RCU will be.

Plus even though the wanted forums is one line ALL the subforums with direct links to the subforums is listed right there on the homepage under the main wanted title/description...those subforums are direct links...just not full forum line as the home page is growing rather large and on slower modems can start to get slow.

Glider thing is a test and we chose that as the glider wanted forum is not yet extremely active as you know.
