Hello!First time post. So heres the story....been crashing TRex 450 Pro clones for a couple of years now, just got back into thhe hobby with a CopterX 450 DFC kit, copter X motor, Turnigy Trust 55amp esc, the usual cheapo batteries, EMax servos ES08MD, and a ES9257 for the tail. I have two gyros I bought....a CopterX 3X-3x1000 and a ZXY-S. I have managed to get Windows 8 to work with the USB adapte and r and Ive gotten close. Im using a Walkera DEVENTION 10 with an RX1002 receiver. So.......thus far I have searched my bum off to finally arrive at this point.....the directional control of the aileron movement is backwards, servo movement is erratic and so far has been acting weird. Im adjusting travel in all directions......Ive read and read and read....and I just need a baseline for someone with a similar setup....Ive exhausted myself tirelessly, almost to a marriage ending degree (haven't many of "us" with the sickness?).I apologize, I know people will say search and read....but I need an Idiots guide to a ZXY-S gyro setup......hell, I got lucky I realized with my previous setup just guessing at throttle and pitch curves.......So if anyone has presets, even say a preset they have that I can load into the ZXY gyro I'd greatly appreciate and probably owe my first born, a kidney.....bone marrow....you know...desperate. Hope all is well with everyone out there. -JamesGlad to be back, hope someone

First, you will need to get the gyro setting right, the direction it is mounted, the servo connection (if view from top of the helicopter, front right servo ch1, left servo ch2, rear cyclic servo ch3, rudder servo ch4. Now, with all the servo horn removed. check the movement of the servos, Use the setup box servo reverse function to set it to the right direction. After you setup all servo and they move in right direct according to your stick input. Set the pitch curve to 50% Install the servo horns so the are vertical. Now, use the servo to swash linkage to level the swash and so it is in the middle of the travel range. Then adjust the swash to servo linkage so the blades track 0 degree pitch. Now, check the compensation direction by moving the helicopter to different angles. Check the movement of the swashplate and correct with setup box if necessary. Now. with all these done. Use your pitch guage to check the pitch and adjust it with your pitch curve.
