3 S or 6S dominator
The 6s i saw has a head speed which is just out of this planet but is it needed , can it be controlled?
The 3s seems tamer but still plenty of power .
My head says 3S my heart says 6S....

The head speed on any helicopter can be controlled via the ESC (electronic speed control). Having said that, there is a speed at which controllers operate most efficient. Given the gearing of the helicopter, that could be in the "out of this planet" category.
If you are not an experienced pilot, a 3S helicopter should be sufficient. I am not familiar with the differences between the 3S and the 6S, but I'm willing to bet that the only difference is the ESC and the gearing (pinion and main gear), or knowing how Align operates, maybe just pinion.
