Default T Rex 450 & 600 Gyro questions

I recently acquired 450 & 600 in trade. The 450 has a telebee HH gyro and the 600 has an inertia 860 gyro. I have always run Futaba 401's in my blade CP's. My 450 is spinning wildly just before lift off. Nothing binding, belt drive. Flew great the first two times I flew it. Changed boom and replaced worn belt. Have a Hobbyking 401 rip off I can use, if that is any better. Any insight would be appreciated. As for the 600. I have it flying really nice other than a minor porpoise due to a minor balancing issue. My question is, where can I find a programmer for an inertia 860? Also how do I identify the actual versions I have of both heli's? Have multiple canopies for both. All different markings. and both have been modified. The only thing stock are the ESC's and the silver Frame sides. Metal parts, blades, receivers, servos and gyros are all add ons. Thanks for any information. Eflite toys are all you can buy around here. So, noone has a clue.
