Default Blue Aerial looking like thingies

Morning,

Looking for more information re those blue aerial type thingies that I have seen on quite a few TRex pictures now... Include a site or specs if possible.

I'm guessing that you're talking about the Deans two-piece antenna?

It's a replacement for the regular receiver antenna. It looks better, takes up less room, and doesn't degrade your range very much. For me, when I installed mine, it totally eliminated a glitch I was experiencing frequently.

There is a couple of them available on ebay, but being that you're from South Africa, shipping would probably be expensive from the US.

I have one I'll send you. Give me an address. It was on my Blade CP when I got it and I took it off and now have a DX6 so I don't need it. You will have to put your own connectors on it.

Wow, thanks for the offer, only problem is that our legal channel is South Africa, where I am originally from is 35Mhz and I believe that the dean's one is tuned for 72Mhz...
