Replacement Karbonite gears? I thought the HS-56s were indestructable.

Thats a joke right?

Hit the flybar or blades on a Trex with 56's and you will need between 1 and all 3 gear sets.

hs56, hs65 for normal use

if you are loaded, jr DS281 digitals on the cyclic

tail, hs81 for economy use, midgrade - hd877 or 577

or futaba 9650 if you have a gy401

lol same here. I've had two crashes and I have replaced one or more gears in all three of my 56's.

There's a reason the HS-56 gear sets are sold out everywhere. If I were getting new stuff I'd get the metal gear servos (HS-65's I think?)

I considered the metal geared servos but the force of the crash has to go somewhere and a gearset is 4 bucks.

I have a new T Rex, ready to go but on my test run I have enough torque to flip the thing over. Being new to electric, is there a way to dampen this?? Even, ever so cautiously advancing the throttle, it toques hard!

Sounds logical... what else do I need to adjust if I move the links to inner holes on servo horns...it seems like everyone watch those setup movies. Bob shows everyone to use the middle holes and everybody follow. Now most of the shop are sold out for replacement...
