Default Need Help TREX 450

I recently bought a trex with the 3550k motor, 35 Speed COntroller, ulimited BEC, 3 hs 65 and hs 56 for rudder, jr g490t gyro, JR RX 955s, and tx JR 9303.
My problem is that the heli starts spining (full 360 degrees if try to corrected it goes the other way) on the ground before lifting. (and not intending too, unless fix)

I've played around with the setting of the speed controller but and I have it set up with governo mode which now doesn't want to get out of it.
I have played with the setting with the gyro which is stupid because the gyro is a plug and play deal.
Don't know what I'm doing wrong..please help.
Thanks,
CD

Sounds like the gyro needs to be reversed either by switch or by physically re-orienting it. Check your instructions. The gyro may be adding to the yaw instead of countering it. Is the tail rotor turning the correct way? The belt has a twist in it, did you twist it the right way?

cooperd,
That was it. After reversing the gyro, the trex lift off with no problem.
Thank you so much.
I would of never thought of that.
