Default Li-Po Batteries

I can't afford multiple large packs so I need to make a decision on whether to buy one large or two small.

One large pack say around the 3000mah mark or two smaller packs at 1500mah each?

I am considering the Flightpower evo 3 cell 11.1v packs.

Thanks.

Hi PH

I have the EVO20, 2150mah and 2500mah packs. They both give about the same flight time at a tad over 10 mins. I've come to the conclusion that the extra weight of the 2500 pack (213g v 182g) uses the extra power, so any new packs I get will be the cheaper 2150s.

I don't see that a 3000mah pack would justify its cost based on my own experience.
