Default HS-56HB's in TREX 450SA

I purchased Hitec HS-56HB's before the TREX 450SA ARF arrived. The servos have two mounting holes on each tab, but the heli side frames are drilled for single holes, as with HS-55's or S75's. Also, the 56's side-mounting tab gets in the way of mounting the servo with the tab inside the frame as depicted in the instructions. Has anyone mounted 56's in the new 450SA?

Cut off the side mount tab and drill a hole in the servo where you need it.

I would put the HS-65's in it . The direct shot to the swash plate will put a load on the 56's and they only have 17oz's of torque it might strip one. The hs-65's have 31ozs of torque i don't think you will strip one of these in flight. The 65's fit it the frame very good also and the backer plate that align sent will work too. This is just JMO.

The instructions recommend S75's which are rated at 17.2 oz/in torque, so I expect the 56's should be sufficient.

Hard landings are the enemy of low torque servos.

yes i had a bit or a hard landing and the servo stripped when i took off i went to the side and i almost crashed until i gave full left so the other servo tries to levl ccpm versio--- so i almost crashed my 30 dollar blades because of weak blades so change to hitech 65
