Default Metal blade grip

Since I keep breaking the plastic blade grip, I was wondering if it's wise for me to upgrade it to metal. I remember SE was not recommended for beginners due to constant crashes that will cause metal fatique which cannot be detected until it flys itself apart in the air. So if I crash often, should I upgrade to metal blade grips? Or I'm better having parts break so I can replace it rather than not knowing and lose the heli in the air. I'm also worried that since the metal blades grips are stronger, the shock will just transfer to the rotor head. And if I upgrade that, it'll just keep going down the head assembly until the weakest link. What are your thoughts?

Thanks for the link. If only they're available in grey. Are these any good? They seem like oem knock-offs, which could be using bad alloys that wouldn't hold up.

My original question remains. Should I upgrade to metal or not?
